This delicious program will develop your confidence to prepare, cook and enjoy healthy meals for yourself, or to share with family and friends. With a focus on fresh & local produce, activities are designed to enhance your independence while looking after your own health & wellbeing.
This program will have the benefit of a CLS Dietician and Occupational Therapist to advise & help with planning. It may also develop into a pathway for further vocational training or employment.
